Reviews and Ratings
Grand Lapa is a wonderful place for families with kids, featuring amazing amenities like a kiddie pool and a children’s play area that kept my little ones entertained for hours. The meals, especially the Thai food, were absolutely delicious and offered great value for the price. However, I did find some smoke smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting and impacted my overall comfort during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great moments and frustrating experiences. I loved the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, especially Axiel at the reception. However, I had a rocky start with check-in, and the noise from renovations was a downside. Overall, it's a decent spot with good food options and facilities, but it could use some improvements in communication and noise insulation.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious, clean, and modern rooms. The amenities provided, including a large TV and a Nespresso machine, added to the comfort. However, I was disappointed with the room temperature control, which affected my sleep. Overall, it offered good value for money, but the dining experience had occasional service hiccups.
Our stay at the Grand Lapa was nothing short of perfect for unwinding after exploring bustling Macau. The tranquil atmosphere offered a wonderful contrast to the local chaos, and the staff truly made us feel at home with their warmth and attentiveness. The breakfast was noteworthy, though the busy streets outside could be a bit overwhelming at times.
I had an enjoyable stay at this resort, which combines comfort and fun for families. The facilities, particularly the pool with the water slide, were a highlight for my family. However, be cautious about purchasing items from the resort shop as the prices were steep. The dining options were wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was especially delightful. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but don't forget to pack essentials from home.
